Basic policies
- Minimum lab charge is $19.
- Minimum on-site charge is $29.
- Computers running Windows 98/95 may require a system wipe and reinstall.
- While we take great care at protecting your equipment and data, we are not responsible for data loss.
- It is recommended that you make a backup of your important data files before we service your computer.
- Computers more than 7 years old may not be worthy of repair due to hardware degradation and obsolescence.
- We cannot install unlicensed software on your computer. However, we will be able to install shareware or trialware on your computer; you will be responsible for registering and paying for the software if you continue to use it.
